Supporter Responsibilities

• Not request chargebacks for completed transactions without valid reason
• Respect the creator's terms and conditions
• Not abuse or harass creators

Payments and Fees

Transaction Fees

DevDonate charges a platform fee on transactions. The exact fee structure will be displayed during the payment process. Payment processing fees may also apply depending on the payment method used.

Payouts

Creators can request payouts according to our payout schedule. We reserve the right to:

• Hold funds for verification purposes
• Delay or cancel payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected
• Require additional verification for large transactions

Refunds

All donations are final. Refunds may be issued at the creator's discretion or in cases of proven fraud or technical errors.

Content Guidelines

You may not post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains explicit adult content (unless properly marked and compliant)
• Spreads misinformation or scams

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass other users
• Fail to respond to verification requests

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Intellectual Property

The DevDonate platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DevDonate and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

Disclaimer

DevDonate is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of creators or supporters on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

DevDonate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
